Chocolate Fudge Frosting
Serves: 1½ cups
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, pitted and peeled
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup honey or ½ cup Grade A maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons cacao butter, melted
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor fitted with the chopping blade.
- Process until smooth, scraping down a couple of times.
- Frost your cookies, cake, or simply eat by the spoonful!
Notes
For a Vegan frosting, use Maple Syrup.
